Steve Last is an up and coming sustainability superstar, who lives and breathes greener than nearly any other professional I've met in the space.
I worked with Steve on several projects and sat on the Sustainability Committee he inaugurated at Deliveroo, as a result of which several initiatives were launched to reduce food waste and minimise single use packaging.''
- Paul M, Deliveroo
Steve was the lead for the universities application and award of ISO 14001 status during his time with Sodexo, which included audits and building their sustainability strategy, while driving initiatives and maintaining the relationship through reporting with client teams.

My journey so far
What is climate change?
The long-term shift in weather and temperature patterns, mainly caused by human activities like burning fossil fuels, which release greenhouse gases that trap heat.
This matters because it leads to serious problems like extreme weather, rising sea levels, and threats to food and water supplies, affecting life on Earth.

What is sustainability?
Sustainability means using resources in a way that meets our current needs while ensuring that future generations can also meet theirs. It matters because it helps protect the environment, reduces pollution, and conserves resources, ensuring a healthier planet for all.
By embracing sustainability, we can create a better quality of life for everyone, promote economic growth, and tackle issues like climate change, making our world a more liveable place for years to come.
The benefit to society?
Promotes environmental health, enhances quality of life, ensures resource availability, and fosters economic stability.
The benefit to businesses?
Attracts customers, cuts costs, enhances brand loyalty, improves efficiency, reduces risks, and fosters innovation.
The benefit to your lifestyle?
Enhances your lifestyle by reducing waste, saving money, promoting healthier choices, and fostering community.
